If these supplemental terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

Using Skarbi

You may use Skarbi to collect gift ideas, organize wishlists, collaborate, share selected wishlists, and reserve gifts. You are responsible for the content you add and for activity under your account.

You must not misuse Skarbi, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized means, probe or circumvent security controls, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully.

Accounts and sharing

Skarbi can be used locally without an account. An account may be required when you choose to share a wishlist, collaborate, sync, or use other account-backed features. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account and device.

Anyone with a public wishlist link may be able to view its content. You control what you publish and should not include confidential or sensitive information. Guest reservations are intended to be anonymous to the wishlist owner, but a guest is responsible for keeping the shared link and their device secure.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions are available for Skarbi Pro. The subscription title, duration, current price, and any applicable introductory offer are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same duration unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial or introductory offer applies, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted.

Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and price changes are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Deleting the app or your Skarbi account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Skarbi and provide features you request, such as syncing or sharing a wishlist.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Third-party services and links

Skarbi may interact with services operated by Apple and other providers and may contain links to third-party websites or products. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep Skarbi reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that content will never be lost. Keep appropriate device backups of important local content.

Termination

You may stop using Skarbi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skarbi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Skarbi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Skarbi changes. We will post revised terms here and update the date above. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using Skarbi.
